At The Alliance of Elite Youth Leadership (AEYL), we offer Leadership and Life Skills Development, Academic Success, Career Skills Training and Workforce Placement programs in McKinney and throughout Collin County. Our programs help teens (12-17) and young adults (19-24) build leadership skills, boost confidence, and prepare for a quality lifestyle.

OVER 8,192 HOUSEHOLDS SERVED

For over a decade, AEYL has been the heartbeat of youth empowerment in McKinney and Collin County—igniting purpose, building character, and shaping tomorrow’s leaders.

With deep roots in the community and a legacy of trust, we’ve reached over 7,855 households and contributed more than 21,910 hours of service—not just as mentors, but as catalysts for change. Through mentorship circles, leadership intensives, and strategic local partnerships, AEYL equips young people to lead with confidence, discover their unique strengths, and step boldly into their futures.
